The Poly26 belly pan is available in the UK from Twinshack: http://www.twinshack.co.uk/prods/530.html
As is their hugger. Both come as unpainted fibreglass, and will need a fair bit of tidying up before they can be painted. As far as I’m aware, Bilemissile is the only member on the site to have fitted one so far.
